    Summer layoff is over, we started with a skeleton crew, and lost four people in less than a month. I'd cry if it helped, but I'm too tired. I asked my roommate to teach me how to set up websites. Now if I can just get a day off to work on (Blech!) the math part of coding. Math hates me.

AAAAAAHHG! In trying to move my Gimp pictures to a safe place where they could be uploaded, I managed to lose my "Blasphemer!" upgrades. (Point finger to self) STUPID! STUPID! STUPID! So, I redo it. I'm at the Walk Away phase of "Blasphemer!" and feeling so much better. Exorcism works when you work it. I'm feeling well enough that I took an old drawing and a thumbnail sketch to Gimp for alteration. It was three maddening hours before I found the property that added color to the work. You have no idea how frustrating it is to try to put in a red background and only get shades of grey. Of course it was a horse. What else can I practice brushes on and not mess up the skin tones? Messing up layers--that's another topic of frustration. As helpful as Youtube is, there are simpler ways of using Gimp and Blender than what are being taught. If
